
French and English Customer Support
The role of a French and English customer service representatives assists French or English customers with complaints and queries, provides information about goods and services, orders, and returns, and assists in the return process. They might be considered as having a part in sales if they are able to explain the goods to consumers and address any concerns they may have.

- Good command of the French and English language, both orally and in written.
- Some experience in customer service.
- Some experience in troubleshooting, preferably in multi-channel support environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and demonstrate continual service improvement.
- Some knowledge of FTP, Salesforce, GDS, SQL and Concur Travel and Expense is preferred.
- Are motivated by the idea of making money in an environment where the bonuses are uncapped.

Responsibilities

- Documents query in CRM, following agreed-upon norms.
